IN-ChildPain Survey on the assessment of chronic pain in children

Welcome to the IN-ChildPain Survey which aims to understand how healthcare providers perform outcome assessment in children with chronic pain in their clinics/programs. This survey is provided by the project IN-ChildPain (www.in-childpain.org), funded from the ERA-NET NEURON Consortium (PI: Jordi Miró; Co-PI: E. Pogatzki-Zahn). The survey is aimed at practitioners affiliated with chronic pain clinics/programs. 

Completing the survey may take less than 5 minutes. If you start responding but are unable to complete in one sitting, you may leave and come back latter to finish responding. Just rememebr to save your responses and recall the user and password information that you used.
